Nice having an extra Hot/Cold relief pack. Especially when you're dealing with post surgery swelling.

Best knee wrap ever.
This really helps. It you have arthritis then you should be using heat. I sleep with mine on all night. That way a sharp pain in your knee won't wake you up in the middle of the night. I recommend it very highly.

Nice but should have instructions
I was confused at first because I thought it was going to velcro fasten around my knee. There wasn't any instructions. It does stay cold along time
