Copper Fit® RAPID RELIEF Knee Wrap | Adjustable | Hot & Cold Therapy Gel Pack

I still have swelling on this leg due to an injury (broken hip), so the cold pack has been the strongest feature for me. The fit is perfect. However, it did not provide the support I was hoping for to eliminate knee pain. I have ordered a sleeve type brace to try and resolve it.

Post knee replacement, the knee wrap with frozen gel pack was very welcome by my wife. She used it 20 minutes on and 40 minutes off for a while to reduce pain and likely inflammation after the surgery. It was mostly used to retain the frozen gel to the knee area, and it did that very well. For the price it is a good value, and my wife thought it worth every penny. I did not shop around. Found this and took it home, froze the gel and put it to work. It may be too small for some leg diameters.

Having knee pain is not pleasant! I needed a tight that would provide me stability when I walk. I am under the care of an orthopedist and will be receiving gel shots in the near future!

I have used the product to deliver heat to my knee, excellent job, just what I needed. I use the product within my house. If I want support, I would need a different product to give support and use this product as an over-the-knee heat addition.

I have been recently diagnosed with sciatica and was looking for something that would strap securely above and below knee and this is perfect. The bonus is the insert that you can make hot or cold if you want that as well!

I would recommend this product to a friend if they were smaller than I am because like it says if it's most, however, even the extra large for a heavy set 3X female because of an unfortunate sedentary life that has taken over after being parked on my van knee swelling is going to occur and so yeah when you cannot get the right size of a brace around the fat knee that's swollen. It's a problem from those who have edema. There's nothing I can do about the swelling in my knees or my ankles or anything else, but when you don't make a product big enough to go around without cutting off circulation, when that's part of the problem yeah it's kind of a problem… Can you make ones a little bit bigger for those of us that are truly extra sized thank you!

Overall this could be a great hot/cold knee wrap, but there's a few issues with it. - 'one size fits most'; by no means do I have a VERY large knee, even when swollen. The straps are barely long enough to reach the very ends of the 'attachment area', more so when my knee is swollen. Often there isn't enough overlap and the straps pop loose when I move. - The gel pack doesn't stay frozen/cold very long. I've found other brands last longer.

The brace with a cold or hot pack is a good idea but not in this manner. The brace was too big for my wife and gives no support to the knee for lateral movement. I do not recommend this brace/support/Hot and Cold pack.

I liked the first two I purchased but the last two it seems copper fit made the straps shorter so they barely go around legs which they did on first two plus Velcro on straps will not hold

Adds no support to the knee. Pic on box appears to be a supportive full coverage, slip on support I should have read the reviews prior to purchase. The straps are the only thing that is tight sold the legs. Bought because of brand name. I was fooled
