Nicely sharp and I have peeled with them, cut through thick meats, cut so many vegetables. Flexible, sharp and strong. Have bought twice so far.

Was disappointed in these knives. The quality seems very cheap and where the handle meets the metal knife it bends. I really don't see these lasting very long as a everyday knife.

Was on fence regarding purchase, as doubted they'd be able to cut. But, they have enough cut and luv the copper. Also like the weight and size. They should be fine for normal hand strength, but I don't have big hands and have some diminished hand strength and these accommodate that very well.

It may never need sharpening because it's not sharp to begin with. We have used each knife once and after that, it will hardly cut anything. Not worth your money, not worth your time.

I love this knife and plan on ordering more. The knife is sharp and can cut a very thin slice of tomato. The only gripe I have is the handle. (This knife is light weight) My concern is the handle will eventually detach from the knife. This has been my experience before!
