Copper Moon Coffee Ethiopian Single Origin Whole Bean Coffee, 2 lb

for a dark roast coffee it was surprisingly mild. I'm not sure if it was the way i prepared it most of the time i use my ninja drip coffee brewer, however i was given a French press. this coffee came out great, i also prepared their Sumatran coffee and that too came out great. i would say that the French press AND following instructions for the proper prep of fresh ground coffee (correct amt of coffee per cup. and the proper water temp) will make a great cup of coffee

Outstanding coffee. Have been drinking for a few years. Never disappointed. Found brand through Sam's club. We order direct sometimes and add to Sam's order at other times.

Slightly dark for a light roast, but excellent taste, but is not forgiving being brewed outside of perfect 205-207° This is my current everyday coffee, replacing the members mark light roast that was DC'd

This is very good coffee and an excellent value as well. I'm not a coffee expert but I have a nice burr grinder, a french press etc and have tried a few brands and types and this is one of my favorites overall and it's an outstanding value.

I love this bean so much, I use it in my espresso machine for hot and iced coffee and it's delicious! It's about the only blend of this brand my husband and I have really enjoyed.

We love light roast coffee and was happy we found this brand at Sam's! Will continue to buy it for sure!

This has become our new favorite coffee!! So glad I took a chance on it. It has a chocolately velvety-ness we both love.

I am used to a more robust, medium blend. So I doubled the amt I use for my daily coffee. Not bad, just need a stronger blend. I like that is is Non GMO, etc.

Not at all a light roast as advertised. It was a dark roast with no oily residue on the beans, which is most likely an overcooked or burnt roast. Made one pot and it was bitter, not for me. Perhaps other batches were a light roast and this batch was an anomaly.

I miss the part that read GRAPEFRUIT and that's my fault. If you like the taste of grapefruit in your coffee this is for you, not me.
