First got a xl large it stretched other than that. Other than that loved it. I then got a large that was great.

Provides needed support. It's comfortable and reduces my back pain when I walk or move around. Fits pretty well under my clothing.

This back BRACE is wider than expected, tends to ride up towards my chest, even tho' I tightened it @ my waste. Then it digs in to my ribs somewhat uncomfortable. So I'm not sure I can give it a GREAT review. I'm hoping to adjust to it %26 eventually benefit from it's support.. I will wear it @ day's end when I get tired but NOT during the day as I KNOW my muscles will weaken %26 will NOT be supportive . I need to get on the EXERCISE BIKES %26 STRENGTHEN my muscles—rather than depend on this BACK BRACE !!!

good strong support

The only one I had ever used before was a Tommy copper. It was outstanding. This one seems like it's cheaply made and the Velcro is coming undone and it's very stiff. I don't really like it.
