Great belt. I don't use for exercise but I use it all day to help with back and leg pain. Works very good. I had one I bought probably 20 years ago and it is still in good shape. Just felt like I needed to update. This one does not roll and I don't think that it gets hot or sweaty. The large extra large is pretty big so I have plenty of room to wrap. It is worth the money.

Perfect for slipping on in the morning, especially if you plan an exercising or your back is a little bit sore from sleeping wrong ill straighten things out don't over tighten it first gradually work your way over the course of a few weeks to a tighter fit and then it's less pain on your ribs, which you may notice If at first it seems to bother you run it through the washer and a slight drying.

The original one was better.this one is too bulky do not fit flat under clothes.
