I actually call this my back belt, because it is not hard like braces, but soft, so I can wear it when I'm sitting or driving without the discomfort you would have with a structured brace. I wear it for support when I'm going to be standing for any amount of time, but could wear it anytime because it is so comfortable and adjustable.

Simply put, I find the copper helps.

The back brace works great. It is adjustable to fit just right. It is a very good value as well. It is recommended for value and serving the purpose for which it was made for.

I've used these Copper back braces for several years and this one is annoying to use because the very rough, sharp Velcro goes completely to both top and bottom edges - making it very difficult to fasten. There is no need for this Velcro to cover that much of the belt.
