It was perfect for getting started and getting the algae levels done. I bought it more for preventative purposes than anything. I'm using it in an above ground pool that's 15' x 8' x 4' for context! It'll save you a lot of time and frustration, for sure, when dealing with pool chemicals.

This product was provided in exchange for an honest review. I received this in a very timely manner, nicely packaged to prevent leakage and damage. This algaecide treats green, mustard, blue and black algae. It contains copper which when not used properly can turn blonde hair green and/or damage components of your pool. These are common issues for misuse of any pool chemical. To use this product you will need to balance other pool chemicals and then treat for the algae issue. If you are struggling to algae under control, this will be a good product to use. As it treats multiple strains of algae, you won't have to keep trying products to get things under control. I ordered this in anticipation of an excess of algae in my pool prior to the opening this spring. My cover was destroyed after our first huge snowfall so the spring buds from a close by tree will make it necessary for me to implement chemicals that treat a wide variety of issues. I've had problems with these types of issues before and paid a pool supply store a lot for the recommended treatments. This is affordable and less costly than the same product from other suppliers. And, still other available algaecides are only 7% active ingredients while this one is 10% active ingredients. I want to make sure I keep algae under control and I am anticipating the need for more powerful chemicals to help me get my pool opened and under control as quickly as possible. This is a liquid so dissolving it is not an issue, but it is vital to have the proper circulation for effectiveness. I gave 4 stars on ease of use because you must follow instructions carefully or you can cause harm to self or pool components.

A friend told me about Aquadoc and I've been using it ever since because it lasts longer than the typical ones. I dilute it in some water before puttting it in the deep side of the pool and it dissolves very well. It keeps algae away in my pool for about 2.5 months if it's not extremely hot day after day. My pool is above ground %26 in direct sun so fighting algae is always a battle in really hot months. It's best to stock up on pool supplies now because things like this are hard to find in the summer. I also like the large container. This will usually last all summer for me.

Well, I will have to say that it's absolutely amazing. I have used it before I have not used it this year but I'm very happy for the delivery. He did it so nice and neat and set it down Sunday and neat there was like a gentleman he didn't even know I was watching that was epic. That was an epic person and I gave them five star

Arrived quickly. This product does exactly what it says it does.

Arrived safely in reasonable time. Was not packaged very well and box was not sealed but the bottle was intact and did not leak. Cannot test it right now as it's not time to use yet but if possible will update this when I do!

package came damaged however product is still usable. I measured out the correct liquid amount and threw it in my pool. It has started to kill the algue as of a hour ago. I'll update as time goes on to weather it works for 90 days or not
