Copper Sulfate Powder - 10 Lbs.

Easy treatment for algae in medium/large size pond. I wore a protective mask, eye protection, gloves and old clothes and used a trowel to scoop from bag and broadcast over algae floating in water. Over the course of a week, all algae floating on top of water is gone. Some algae still growing on bottom. Ordering more to see if I can wipe it out completely.

I've been using 2 pounds of Copper Sulfate every year for over a decade in my septic system. It kills the roots that get into the system. The retail product, Zep, is about $7.50/lb., so buying it in bulk is FAR cheaper. And it's exactly the same stuff. This product came well packaged and worked great, as the crystals are small. You just flush 2 lbs a bit at a time and you're good to go!

This is a relative bulk buy of copper sulfate so there are no instructions for use. Just look online to figure out how much you should use per application. This is definitely cheaper than buying at a big box store. I use it to maintain my drain lines so buying in larger quantities works for me.

I have used this product before and have been very pleased with it! I use it for my goats to help with all the pests. I also use it in my water to keep it clean from junk. I would definitely purchase this again!

First time buying copper sulfate from Walmart and it does seem different from what I have bought before through Amazon - Normally when sprayed in Pond the water turns cloudy for a while %26 it didn't do it with this product - we'll see if its as effective as others I have used

Have not used it, but the price was the best that I found by a few pennies.
