CopperFreeze® Hot + Cold Therapy Knee Sleeve by Copper Compression®

Sadly, we had to buy something based on the mistake. My husband made when walking the dog! Don't let the dog walk you and you are not a sled! But this item was great for what we believe was his torn meniscus. He could barely walk with this hot and cold therapy is extremely helpful and though he is much better, we keep it in the freezer and he uses it most days. It has the opportunity for you to use the microwave and instructions are provided. The freezer allows it to stay cold for a couple of hours at least. I think based on the size it's good for anybody having inflammation. Our previous knee brace was sent back because it wasn't flexible or comfortable at all as this one completely is and does not have any plastic or ribbon in the fabric.

This knee compression sleeve is excellent. It provides the perfect amount of compression while keeping cold (or heat) on your knee. It's not too heavy and I can still walk while wearing it. I've tried many different types of compression sleeves and this one is my favorite.

I used this to combat synovitis/arthritis in a knee that has been surgically replaced. In other words, there is inflammation in the synovial membrane that surrounds the whole knee cap. The product is firm structurally. Even without cooling, It keeps my knee "calm." Unlike an ice pack which only cools locally, this product cools all around the knee both front and back, top and bottom. Although it appears (to the touch) that the outside of the sleeve warms up quickly, when I check inside the sleeve, it stays cool for quite a while.

I can't say enough about how amazing this knee wrap is. We keep it in the fridge or freezer every morning so every evening my fiance can wear it to bed. It has helped reduce inflammation from a busy day at work. (blue collar worker) He loves it and wishes they made whole body wraps just like it! Haha. But seriously, it's amazing. Not too tight and not loose.

I definitely recommend this knee sleeve for comfort and fit. The plus side is the sleeve doesn't freeze hard, yet controls pain and swelling. The downside, the sleeve is a little heavy, however, the weight doesn't impede use.

This is amazing! it was already cool from the cold car with A/C.. it helped my knee from pain. I immediately felt relief I haven't used it warm yet, but I think it will be just as good for when you need it warmed!

Very pleased with this wrap. Using it to treat a Bakers cyst behind my knee. Provides cold/ heat all around my knee, not just the front.
