It’s great quality but no option to make it tighter… made for really big hands

This is just the right size for someone with (male) L/XL hands. The material is soft and generally comfortable. The sleeve can easily be heated in the microwave or placed in the refrigerator or freezer to make cold. The problem is that the material which faces your skin transfers the heat/cold *too* quickly to your skin. The min/max temperature you can use for the gel is essentially the contact limits for your skin - ~45F to 110F. As a result the sleeve only stays feeling "cold" or "hot" for about 5-7 minutes before settling to room temperature. A thicker interior layer of material would have made this much better. As a minor inconvenience, the gel around the thumb heats much faster in a microwave than the wrist area, so care must be taken not to let the gel overheat.
