So, I have a story that you may/may not want to hear. I personally purchased the Copper Compression freeze arm version that you can use for arms/knee's, in my case my knee. Now what I can tell you from my personal experience on the end of actually using their freeze products on ether head/knee/arm/hand. (In my case the knee) That you can't expect it to last for a long long time, maybe you will feel the freeze for about 10-20min before your body heat will win. But it'll remain nice and cool. This has helped me however heal my pain's I've had in my knee rather than just wearing a knee brace all day. Hope this helps you.
