Believe I was shipped a used machine
I had a CopyStars 1-1 (Pioneer burner) duplicator for 3 years that I used only twice a year to make a total of 30 to 40 CD copies. A week ago, the songs on the last half were full of static. I gave this away %26 ordered what I thought was a new one. When it arrived, the unit was wrapped in Walmart plastic inside the box. Also inside were hand written notes on two CD paper sleeves with 3 CD's . Written was "Manual" %26 "Tested". all this tells me is that I did not receive a new CopyStars machine. Please let me know how to contact the seller, as I know I was sold a used machine, not a new one as advertized. Side note, I put 3 Stars for Battery life . As this is not applicable (there is no battery for this machine (it's 100% electric).
