The cups on the end that the blind is held up with is still hard for me to install. The blind, however,is excellent quality! The blind is easy to move up and down and the blind turns easily. I just need someone to install them to come with the delivery!🤣

i was skeptical about replacung my wooden blunds back to these old school blunds, but not disappointed. Updated technology without all the cords. Quick and easy install. Will be ordering fir the test of the windows. Love the ease of the up and down as well!

If you want to be able to use your old brackets, these blinds are the Only ones I have found that fit!!!!! I had bought some blinds only to discover they changed the brackets, making a whole lot of extra work that I don't have time nor want to do. so glad I for these!!!

Exactly what I needed to replace older one. Installed it that afternoon I received item. Thank you for the speedy service as well, couldn't believe how fast it arrived.

I loved getting these blinds because they were similar to ones I purchased many years ago. So the brackets would be the same. But the line up the middle get cuts by the string. They need to move it over a little bit. Otherwise they are wonderful!

They were easy to install and fit the window perfectly. What I didn't like was the size I needed wasn't available in white so I had to get alabaster.

I keep getting charged for this blind. I bought it 10/03. On 10/11 I requested a refund cause it had not arrived. 10/14 my refund was posted. On 10/15 the blind arrived and decided to keep it so I asked them to please charge my account again since I had just received a refund for it.On 10/16 they drew 24.99 out of my account twice. I contacted them and on 10/20 they put 24.99 back in my account. All was fine until 10/27 when they notified me since I had not returned the blind they had charge my account another 24.99 making me once again pay twice for this blind. Contacted them last night and again this morning 10/29 and no response! I will not buy from them again and I suggest you don't either. My bank can't do anything till the 30th when the overcharge will post. Sorry accounting practices and nonexistent c/s with this company!

I ordered two sets and upon opening the individual boxes, found that the headrails were broken on each. I've managed to glue the cracked sections of each, but I'm not sure how long this will last. I don't have time to go through the return process, so they will have to do for now.

The blinds were just what I needed. however I didn't immediately open the package because my handyman was busy. When he came to install it the blind bottom plate was broken in half. I received a refund, but still had to pay him a service fee. The blinds are a beautiful pure white, very nice and clean. Well that's all I can say/tell you.

I cancelled the order ten minutes after I ordered and I ordered a larger size I am unhappy because the blinds were still sent instead of giving me my refund I will not order anything else from there
