This is a powerful tool! It worked perfectly for removing excess spray foam insulation from our building project. Very handy!

Great addition to the toolbox and a power boost for small projects and jobs in tight places.

First thing that i noticed, was how easy it was to install the cutting blade. My old corded one required an allen wrench to loosen a screw, This one flip the lever up and install blade flip lever down. Done. The built in LED light is a nice add-on, With 6 speed settings ranging from 6000 to 21000 OPM. It makes getting the correct blade speed to match what you are working on. The kit comes complete with everything you need to get started for most jobs without heading out to purchase additional blades, Well rounded tool with good power, good visibility and a good starters kit.

My fault, it does state that the battery or charger isn’t included in the item details, if you scroll down. So, this is great if you already own Dewalt cordless tools with a 20V battery. If not, make sure you order the battery and charger to use this cordless tool set. There are 6 speeds which allow you to have more accurate controlled useage with a light. The removeable handle is also very nice for extra control.

This unit does not come with any form of case or bag. That might not sound like a big deal because neither does the Dewalt tool. It does come with several cutting attachments which is a big advantage to begin using the tool, but it will be awkward to store all the attachments once used. The battery sets on an angle as compared to the Dewalt tool, which means it will not rest on the battery when using but not running. It will need to be laying on its side. Lastly if you need to read the instructions, get a microscope. The instructions are in miniature and unreadable. All that being said, the price point considering the several attachments is very favorable for an item this specialized.
