Ya want a little job of cutting little limbs that getting a ladder . Isn't necessary . I've got some little trees that are really a nightmare for a big chainsaw . I don't have to buy gas for this battery operated chainsaw but I haven't read if I need anything else for it .

don't like the fact that the chain comes loose even after adjustment. battery drains quite fast using the extension pole. becomes hot after a few minutes. need to add extra bolts and washers to package. along with a couple of extra blades. one set was completely bent after hitting something hard.

well it does work and well. no instructions on how to put it together. i had to take it to someone else to put together. it is also heavy too hold up and cut.

Seriously? I would have never bought this had I known that the instructions are worthless. If I want to keep it, I'll have to pay someone (like another buyer did) to put it together for me, since I've already spent 1.5 hours trying to figure it out, and I don't have any additional time to spare. I notice that another buyer also had to pay someone to put it together. Save your money. It was offered at a very good price, but any savings are obviously now going towards assembly. Do NOT recommend.

Motor is weak, Larger chain binds when cutting small branches,Its bulky to work with,I understand it is a handheld with extention handle,But its not worth 70 dollars. 2 batteries kind of make it ok ,But over all the saw is lacking,I bought it to prune a tree,Not happening with this,Good for briars and black berry bushes,Thats about it If you like struggle its your tool of choice..

Catches constantly, doesn't saw smoothly. Anything overhead is almost impossible. Doesn't work on little branches to prune, and doesn't work well on branches thicker than a 1/2 inch. Hoping to get my money back for it. It's a chore to use.

I purchased this on may 22. The product cut one very small limb before catching fire. Today is July 26 and I'm still begging for my refund. It's been returned for over a month. I've now been in contact with Walmart 4 times over the issue and have attempted to contact the seller three times - finally with a response: what is your order number. No response since Monday!

This item does not work at all . They didn't even send everything with it tried to use the chainsaw and it literally seized up. This product is junk. I do not recommend buying this.

Instructions were not clear at all. Item was light weight, but DID NOT perform as expected at ALL. It barely cut a twig, much less anything else. Very disappointing purchase. Will be returning and absolutely do not recommend production.

The instructions were horrible. Never got the chain tight enough to use the product, literally hated that spent money on something I could not put together to use,
