Works great! Had to get the cartridge lined up which was not super easy but once I had it on for a while it's been fine to take on and off. It catches leaves, sticks, bugs, and even the tiny algae particles from my Remington solar copper ionizer which the other robot vacuum did not. Exactly what I was looking for. I have a 20' above ground pool in Florida so the algae can get bad. My kids were irritated by pool chemicals so the copper and this vacuum are a great combo to keep it clean.

We have owned our in-ground pool since the fall of 2016. From then until now, we have had 2 options for cleaning it. One is our robot pool cleaner, which does a good job but takes over 3 hours to complete a cycle, during which time the pool cannot be used. We purchased this unit for a 20' above ground pool. Delivered on time, all parts packed very well, and comes with a detailed instruction manual. The unit needs little assembly which takes minutes and only requires one person. It has all parts as advertised. Charging the vacuum doesn't take long. Its slightly heavier than other vacuums, however, can be picked up in one hand. The telescopic handle reaches almost 10' . Its suction is strong, picking up debris within a 2" radius of the brush head. The brush head manages to stay down on a reverse sweep shortening cleaning time. Run time is definitely one of the reasons we purchased this unit, its slighlty longer than 90 minutes per use. Its an easy clean with a handy cone shaped filter which takes a spray from the garden hose to loosen any grit. We charge the battery after each use and remove from the battery once fully charged.

one of the best features is it mobility. it is battery powered so it can go wherever you need it to go. powerful suction devours dirt off the surface of my pool. plus it comes with its own pool net which can be used with handle on vaccum to extend reach. this is also great in my hot tub. fast and efficient. overall this was a great purchase and i will be looking forward to new products in the near future.

We have a small courtyard pool and this vacuum makes cleaning smaller areas so much easier! It's convenient for quick cleanups since there is no hose, cords or additional setup necessary like a regular pool vacuum. I needed something to clean the steps easily, as we tend to get a lot of sand particles from the surrounding brick. The regular pool vacuum never did a great job, but the EnHulk is easy to use and tidys up quickly. the suction power is not super strong, and it does work best on the flat bottom of the pool - as it nears the corners, you have to go over the areas more than once. I removed the sweeper attachment and it did seem to suction better in those areas as a water "dust buster." The extension pole is JUST long enough to reach the bottom of our deep end. If you're pool is deeper than 6 ft, you may have difficulty. Overall, the ease of cleaning the reservoir, the removal of small particles from the pool and convenience are perfect for our needs!

This product works as described. It is able to pickup debris from bottom of our pool. Only issue is that the pole is not long enough to reach most of the pools especially in the deep end. We had to change the supplied pole with another longer pole we had.

I did not get a charger with it

I didnt like the lack of suction,it barely did anything to the bottom of pool the wheels did not roll easyly. The charging port says to keep dry but no cover for it.

The pole would not hold to itself and it would not go up and down in the water without stopping and trying to jerk you in the water, Horrible cleaner and I have had many, Would not purchase again.
