helps...follow instructions
I love this.
Gift happily received
Excellent product works very well with injuries to either shoulder. Worked right out of the box with simple instructions. P. J. Lawrence
I didn't know it had a pad that was sold separately. don't know how to find it. it's called moxa pack
worked great. very useful
I like it it makes my shoulder feel better definitely worth the buy
Instructions had a warning "do not use with implanted heart pacer devices" but I'm not sure if this pertains to magnetic attachment devices or this one that snaps on. I only used it on the opposite shoulder until I find more info on this warning.
It did not fit the shoulder properly, didn't provide enough heat to the shoulder, and the vibration on it was very loud.
hard to put on massage is very noisey
