It's easy to assemble, light weight and all functionalities work perfectly. It perfectly fits the bill what I needed it for. As the description says, it clears snow up to 10". Meaning, if it's higher, than a little manual labor is required to take off the top, but after that it works like a charm.

It definitely saves your back vs shoveling, but it is not meant for bigger snow pile ups. Just used for blizzard of '26 here in NJ and it helps get the bulk out but you may need to do some cleanup shoveling if you want fully clear pathways. Still, I'm really happy.

Not bad - for a first-time electric shovel. Charge works for a long time, that's good. But if you deal with lots of snow, you would need to lift it all the time, and it's pretty heavy. Satisfied but next time I will choose lighter shovel even if it has less width.

Exactly as pictured. It was a bit confusing to put together and get working however once I figured it all out my only issue was it's heavy! I'm 5'1 but it helped me clear 26" of snow (in several rounds) pretty flawlessly. some areas the snow was too much (it was heavy wet snow) but overall not bad. I just wish the snowblower had been in stock.. or that I was taller to properly enjoy this haha but overall happy with purchase

It got a great deal on this blower. It was on sale and during this season, most blowers were out of stock. I got near the end of the season and used it during the blizzard of 2025 in the North East. It worked well. I think it can blow snow up to 10 inches deep even if the snow is slightly wet. Be sure to follow the instruction. Do not use it on anything with loose materials underneath such as gravel and to be safe, wear some sort of eye protection and also one of those armor balaclava for motorcycle riders just in case. You should be safe because the snow will blow forward or slightly to the side but safety first. The dual battery was surprising in that you need to use both at the same time. The charger works well. If you're disciplined and shovel snow after every 6 inches. This will make clearing snow very easy. I have not tried clearing deep pile of snow. It isn't designed for deep snow but I've seen people on YT using these type of shovels on deep snow.

this review is for the 20-in model which is more like a snowblower than a cordless snow shovel. it seems like it's good quality but I haven't used it yet in snow. I was a bit disappointed that it needed so much assembly but despite the lack of instructions I was able to assemble it in less than an hour. The handle is a bit low so call people will likely struggle with it

I only used this shovel twice, and now it's completely broken. It's a bad idea to use plastic parts to join the handle to the heavy shovel base unit. Those broke into pieces, and now there is poor contact with the electrical wires that drives the motor. The pieces broke in more than one place. I'm trying to figure out how to craft a repair using a coupling clamp and duct tape. The shovel only works well in brand new, very light snow - the kind that skiers long for. Here in upstate New York, we have vacillating weather that goes back and forth between snow and rain, then back to snow again. The product idea is good, however the engineers need to go back and use only steel parts to join the handle to the base unit. Plastic is NOT sturdy enough to hold up in the snow. The plastic is sure to break off after 2 uses.

This is a poor SELLER! Sent out an item that can't be used! Missing both 2 batteries and the handle to hold the item. I've contacted them many times, WALMART ALSO contacted them about this issue and now a month later there is still no battery sent out, still no handle sent out and the product can't be used! I would NOT shop ever again using this seller! They scam people out of money sending out defected unusable items and then play games. Want my full refund already. Done with dealing with people like this who scam buyers. Don't buy from this seller if you don't want to be robbed out of your money.

I ordered this shovel after the last snow storm. My mistake was waiting until the next storm to open the box. It looks like I was sent a return. Parts are bent and a battery is missing. I'm very disappointed. If they wanted to sell used goods, the price should have been discounted. What a waste

Bought this snow shovel to clear off the back patio as well as a small path for my dogs. I have been using a manual shovel but wanted to make my life easier. This thing is heavy, and does not push/blow much snow AT ALL!! After 5 minutes my back was tired and I had cleared all of 1ft. Hard pass, will be returning.
