It came all nice and neat packed very good instructions were really easy to read and follow all you have to do is snap each part together lt weighs almost nothing fits perfect in my hands has two suction levels each one works great the battery took no time at all to charge it last a good long time on charge it will also show it is low and needs charging the head also will rotate to get those hard places to get love how nice and shined it is too so glad I got it love mine

Better than expected! Battery lasts forever and it's lightweight so I can take it up and down my stairs. The wall attachment lets me store the accessories and the vacuum organized. My favorite thing is watching the dirt get sucked up into the vacuum so you know the pick up power is perfect!

I absolutely love this vacuum. It's lightweight and glides over the carpet and hardwood easily. This model comes with attachments that make it easier to pick up dirt in the corners. The battery is long lasting but when you have to charge it, you can take the battery off of the vacuum which makes it easy to charge anywhere.

I had this vacuum for almost 6-7 months. I loved It the only thing I didn't like was the battery didn't last very long to do all my rooms upstairs and downstairs (My house Isn't huge but It's not small If that makes sense.) It wouldn't even last long enough to vacuum for 20-30 mins. When I got this 2nd one, I received It, I was excited because I use It everyday to vacuum my house, I hadn't vacuum my house all week long because my other one tore up when I cleaned It, idk If water got up Inside of It or what but I cleaned It several times the same exact way. When I got my new one, me and my husband opened It, It wouldn't work either, so we took It back to customer service so we could get our money back within 7-10 days. The money was put back only 1-2 business days I think. It was this summer. I would have got another one but my husband said just find another something similar to this one because I'm afraid If we buy a 3rd one It's going to tear up quick. The 2nd one never turned on or anything when we opened It up though? The shipping was fast! It just don't have a lot of battery life to vacuum my living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room. Then I have stairs an a whole upstairs to do. I'd have to let It recharge for 1/2 of the day (they charge real slow) then do the upstairs then If I didn't do It quick I couldn't get my upstairs done because the battery would die In 15-20 mins. If that wasn't the case I would have got this exact same one plus when I purchased my 2nd vacuum it wouldn't come on or nothing.

I wish I'd bought one perfect for around the house.Love it.Use it every day instead of getting the big one out, only problem I had with it is it doesn't work very good on cars , not enough power

The vacuum was packaged very well. It was pretty simple to put together and it's pretty light weight. The battery doesn't last as long as I would like. I have a single floor home with 2 bedrooms, pretty small. And I typically have to recharge the battery to do it all at once, which takes a long time to fully recharge. The front end lifts occasionally(meaning it lifts, not flat against the floor). So you have to tap the front end of the vacuum bar to continue vacuuming. I would go with a little heavier vacuum the next time.

Would definitely not purchase again. I have used cordless vacuums for years %26 this is by far the worst %26 doesn't hardly pick up anything %26 the battery charge doesn't last long enough to vacuum my house without having to stop %26 recharge. Very cheaply made.

Very little power and battery runs out too quickly.

The vacuum roller doesn't stay down it flips up and you have to keep pushing it down to vacuum. Not great suction and cup fills out to fast not enough space for more debris

This vacuum doesn't hold a charge- doesn't vacuum hard floors- doesn't work on carpets I would never burn this item again it's awful
