This is a great little computer. I got my grandsons and son one to use for his college classes and he says it’s an awesome quick computer.
If I could rate this product less than a one, I definitely would I purchase this device in a month later the audio input was removed. I don't know how or when, but it was and now I am unable to play videos listen to music or anything like that I have reached out to the company with no resolve and we are now seven months in. I would highly highly recommend getting a different product by a different company.
Let me first say the only reason I gave one star was because I had to. This computer was a great deal or so I thought. The computer felt so light and fake l like the fake display phones at the cell phone store. When I turned the computer on it was a grainy screen with little color. This was the absolute worse laptop Ive ever had definitely took it straight back to walmart and exchanged it for a HP.
Mouse paid kept getting stuck. Had to buy a mouse. Extremely slow. Kept freezing screen blacked out. I bought 2 for both of my sons. They both did the same thing. Wish I could give this 0 stars.
I thought this was a really great deal on a NEW laptop, but instead I got a used laptop that has scratches all over the screen, the mousepad sticks and I can't even get into the computer because it came USED with a username and password on it. 10/10 do not recommend.
If you're looking to play roblox or any type of video game do not buy this bro, roblox instant closes and if it's load 20 fps max. the browser is slow everything is slow
only used it for like 2 weeks for school before the navigation/ mouse stopped working. then the 1 kwy started jus going by itself and you can't stop it and several keys don't work! this was my first and LAST time buying this brand
Really slow with how it functions just setting it up was very slow it kept lacking and it took me about 45 mins to set up. The set up alone is very easy however the slowness of how it functions is what took forever. Once I had it all set up just going through the internet took forever
This computer was super slow and didn't connect to anything not worth it
I liked the design and weight. it took a long time to charge and start and arrived damaged due to packaging
