Easy to digest
I love it! Great flavor and easily digestible thanks to the added enzymes which is why I bought this. You can take in all the protein you want but if it's not being broken down properly it's no good!

No cinnamon, bad tasting protein.
You would think that there would be some cinnamon flavor in a product named cinnamon French toast; you would be wrong. The flavor is a weird overly fake vanilla flavor. I like to mix my protein with coffee in the morning, this protein does not taste food with coffee. It also does not completely dissolve/mix in completely. I would not buy this product or from this company ever again.
