Sometimes my neck is in the mood for more filling, and sometimes my neck is in the mood for less filling. I love that there is a zipper on the side of this pillow, so I can adjust the amount of fiber fill that will support my neck.

It is so comfortable and I have been sleeping so much better since I got it. This pillow is adjustable but I am happy with it and didn't need to adjust it.

I did not need to remove any of the filling and since I am a side sleeper this worked out perfectly for me. The cover is so soft and having the cooling memory foam insert is a plus. This is a pillow you will not regret purchasing.

First, the material of the pillow is so soft and amazing for your head. Next, the cooling memory foam within the pillow is such a nice touch after a long day. Another beneficial feature is the ability to customize the pillow depending on how you sleep. The customer has the ability to remove/add the fluffing depending on if they are a side, back, or front sleeper (the “read me first” sheet tells you all about it). It really fits my needs and having the ability to add or remove fluffing to give me the best possible sleep no matter the position is something I'm so grateful for. You definitely need this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 2-pack. I use one at full density/fluffiness. I use another with lower fill and flat. Buying more of these for the whole house. I love that I can wash them and make sure they are dry in the center. I like that they are poly/cotton blend and no flame retardants. Reasonably priced.

I was excited when I found this amazing pillow that actually helps!! i am able to sleep more comfortable and cooler, which is amazing! I sleep so much better now! This pillow is a great product that I highly recommend!

Bought the same pillow a couple of years ago and it is no longer firm enough even when fluffed up. This one seems a tad softer than the old one was originally. Still a good pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like being able to adjust the loft of the pillow. The loft is very soft, so the pillow is not lumpy (like some I've tried). I wish the cooling gel was more noticeable. I rarely feel any cooling benefit from it. That being said, the pillow is not hot, just wish the gel would help with the neck pain/swelling.

Bought this because their cervical pillow is very firm and that is what I wanted. After a week one corner of the adjust-a-loft pillow is getting soft and somewhat compressed. Knew it wouldn't be as supportive as the cervical one but hoped it would stay firm and fluffy

One of the things I found interesting is that the instructions included how to remove filling...I needed more!!! The material of the pillow was quilted, which to me, was a little too warm. The memory foam was nothing great or impressive. It was a little flat for my liking. I don't know how much is charged for this but I wouldn't pay alot for it.
