Sometimes my neck is in the mood for more filling, and sometimes my neck is in the mood for less filling. I love that there is a zipper on the side of this pillow, so I can adjust the amount of fiber fill that will support my neck.

I used as it came for a few nights than gradually took some filling out to my liking. I have not noticed a difference by using the side for cooling, this may work better in warmer months. This is a great pillow and I am looking to get my husband one.

You can unzip the side of the pillow and remove the river filling - or you can add it back if you decide you didn't like the change! There is even a bag that's included to put the extra fiber filling. No kidding, this really seems like how pillows should be sold! I love that I can make a choice with my comfort level without having to go buy another brand new pillow! You know somebody who is picky with how they sleep? I think this is a perfect gift for them.

I love that I can wash them and make sure they are dry in the center. I like that they are poly/cotton blend and no flame retardants. Reasonably priced.

I was excited when I found this amazing pillow that actually helps!! i am able to sleep more comfortable and cooler, which is amazing! I sleep so much better now! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite pillow! I never heard of a pillow where I can adjust the fluffings inside. I was able to remove some of the fluff inserts and it came with a bag to put those in. I made my pillow the ideal amounts of fluff and it's been perfect! It also came with instruction to suggest how to adjust base on your sleeping habits. It's been so soft and perfect for me. I love this pillow and highly recommend it.

I did not take any of the filling out as I was pretty comfortable with the thickness right out of the package, but it's nice to know I have the option if I wanted to.

Bought the same pillow a couple of years ago and it is no longer firm enough even when fluffed up. This one seems a tad softer than the old one was originally. Still a good pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool pillow and I mean cool temperature wise. It does a really impressive job at keeping my head cool here in NE Texas. It's soft and comfortable and gives me the support needed for my side sleeping.

Bought this because their cervical pillow is very firm and that is what I wanted. After a week one corner of the adjust-a-loft pillow is getting soft and somewhat compressed. Knew it wouldn't be as supportive as the cervical one but hoped it would stay firm and fluffy
