I have used this brand this brand for 3 years. It is by far the best I've used, the Velcro is super strong, it doesn't pinch or roll and it offers great support. It isn't bulky and doesn't show through cloths. Thank you for this great American made product.

Having undergone three lower back surgeries, I've used many braces over the years. None comes close in terms of comfort and support to my Core braces. I only wish there were a way to extend the life of the velcro. Otherwise, it's a superb product! You've got a lifelong customer.

I had an old version of this where the velcro wore out, this one is better put together with different adjustments straps, but the sizing is on the small side. I'd already wore it a few times before I realzed it was really too small so it was too late to exchang it. Comment from Core Products: Thank you very much for posting a review. It's never too late! I like my product. Well made, except: After several uses of the back belt, the velcro fastener kept coming loose. I finally fixed this problem by cutting off the piece of cloth shaped like a "cup", which perhaps is to assist pulling the belt tight before fastening? I noticed that the cup-like piece of cloth was preventing part of the velcro from sticking properly. (I couldn't find any instruction on what the cup like cloth piece was for). After cutting the cup off, my back belt works fine.

This back brace works great and is well worth what it costs. The various velcro straps work well and hold perfectly when I wear it when I work in the yard. The material has shown no evidence that it will not last a long time. I like the design and it fits very well. I like the extra strap on each side because they allow me to adjust the tension on different parts of my back. One word of caution - read the sizing instructions carefully. I did not and had to return my first brace which was one size to small.

I use the back brace primarily for travel when I may have to be lifting suitcases. I also sometimes use it at home if I think my back is going to be challenged. I have purchased this product previously. The most recent purchase was made because two of the front plastic "stays" (which is what I think that are called) started poking through the fabric. The replacement brace tightens nicely, but has a tendency to bunch up (vertically) when I bend. I don't know if this is because of a design change. There is still support, but a prefer that it not do this.

This does provide some light support, but the Velcro gives way much too easily. I had another model of the Core back support that was much better, but has apparently been discontinued or replaced. From what I can tell, they have reduced the amount of Velcro on a similar model. I was only able to use this model for a few months before it lost its ability to stay fastened. If you only require some light support, and are not too active, this model might work for you.

I have been buying core belts since 2006 but the last 2 purchase's are showing me they have cut to many corner's to save money and now the product isn't worth buying i had 2 belt's fall off of me in retail stores and that has never happened before they replaced them but i have not got what i want i buy the value belt because of the side pull rings and what i have now is a pain to use the side pulls are very hard to get lose to adjust it's a shame company's have to cut corner's and kill a great product i am going to take the belt i have now and a 4 year old belt to a shop and let them add the plastic pulls to this new belt and start looking for a new vendor thanks Terry Comment from Core Products: Thank you Terry for taking the time to post a review. We have been using the same material, from the same vendor since the belt was introduced, over 10 years ago. The only change in this product has been to the hook & loop fastener but that was years ago and we've since changed back to the original hook & loop.
