This product is great. I had knee replacement & bought 2 of them. It doesn't leave any wet or moisture around the area being treated. It stays cold for about up to an hour which is awesome. I can only speak for the cold side of it being I'm dealing with swelling. I'm sure if I heated it up the results would be the same.

I love that you can have heat or cold for the relief of sore muscles. I also feel that this is well made, and will last me for a long period of time.

I use this neck wrap before bed most evenings after I microwave it to a very warm temperature. It relaxes my muscles, and helps me fall asleep easier. Thank you!

I like that I can secure it and go about my day instead of having to sit still with an ice pack balanced on my arm, because let's face it, if I have to sit still, I'm not going to do it. I also let a friend borrow it, she's a hairdresser and her hands are sore and tired by the end of the day. Using the ice pack has helped her tremendously as well. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend it I actually used the cold version on my fingers today that l got stuck in the door and it helped ease the pain

Thaws out too fast for what it costs.

The first time I used this dual heat cold pack, it worked great and provided the relief I was hoping for. However, after just 4 or 5 uses, it began to leak. I reached out and was able to get a replacement under warranty, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement only lasted two uses before it also started leaking. Very disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this product. Poor durability and unreliable quality—definitely stay away.
