Core Products Dual Comfort CorPak - Reusable hot/cold pack for knee, back, shoulder, or ankle pain; Use hot or cold - Size: 10" x 13", Made in USA

This product is great. I had knee replacement & bought 2 of them. It doesn't leave any wet or moisture around the area being treated. It stays cold for about up to an hour which is awesome. I can only speak for the cold side of it being I'm dealing with swelling. I'm sure if I heated it up the results would be the same.

I love that you can have heat or cold for the relief of sore muscles. I also feel that this is well made, and will last me for a long period of time.

Thrilled with how quickly I got the item. And it has so helped with my leg injury

Worth every prnny. love it

I use this neck wrap before bed most evenings after I microwave it to a very warm temperature. It relaxes my muscles, and helps me fall asleep easier. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are hands down the best cold packs I've ever used. I've had a lot of injuries and ailments requiring ice and I have will never buy another brand. They get icy cold quickly and stay cold longer with no mess or condensation. Thank you again, Core Products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great. The neck wrap fits just where I need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a drummer and my hands take a beating from drumming and working from a phone. I was looking for an easy way to ice my hand/ thumb other than soaking it in ice water and this does a good job. Only reason i didnt give it more stars is that it is very bulky and hard to put on without help. If it can be made slimmer and easier to slide on itd be amazing. I didnt try it heated as i didnt need it for that.

Thaws out too fast for what it costs.

The first time I used this dual heat cold pack, it worked great and provided the relief I was hoping for. However, after just 4 or 5 uses, it began to leak. I reached out and was able to get a replacement under warranty, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement only lasted two uses before it also started leaking. Very disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this product. Poor durability and unreliable quality—definitely stay away.
