This is the finest neck/headache pillow I have had, and I have had a few. The first one was a door prize sponsored by a chiropractic business. It works! The pack (included) can be used for heat or cold; without the pack the pillow provides the best neck support. The two I just purchased are the 4th and 5th ones I bought. This time I got one for hubby.

I've used this product for well over 10 years. Best headache relief tool ever. I have frequent migraine type headaches and cold really helps to constrict the vascular swelling. My only issue is that the cold pack only stays cold against my neck/head for about 10min. Usually my headache subsides by then to a manageable level but i do wish it would stay colder longer. I came back to this site to buy another cold pack so I can swap them out. Definitely recommend!!

Love the idea in the design of this pillow. But it is so filled with stuffing , that it encloses your neck and head uncomfortably . I had to open it and remove some of the fill. Also. I use a different cold pac as the one that comes with it does not hold the cold very long at all

I got this pillow form my chiropracter and use it when I travel with out the pack in it. it's really nice for relaxing at home when its hot out, with the cold pack. also if my neck is sore I can use a hot packs and it's relaxing.

I have used this product for years! It has really helped me relieve my headaches without having to take a pill. I like using the ice pack as it numbs the neck area. Sometimes though I use it without the pack. Great product! Give it a try!

The headache pillow worked very well when the ice pack was crescent-shaped. However, now it doesn't cover all of the areas I need! PLEASE bring back the crescent-shaped ice packs!! It is USELESS this way!!
