I love this pillow and have bought multiple of them over the years. It's the absolute perfect size and shape. I have one in my car, one in my office, one in my backpack - I use it wherever I go. It helps my back so much! Cannot recommend it enough. Pro tip: position at the top of your hip bones, so a bit lower than the curve of your back.

I had never tried a lumbar pillow after being recently diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation. I use it when I recline in my recliner and it feels so comfortable fitting right into the small of my back. it has relieved the pain I was getting in my upper extremities.

I got this cushion to support my lower back when I sit for meditation. It helps keep my spine straight without slumping. I use another as an auxiliary arm rest because my recliner is too wide for me to rest my elbows comfortably on each armrest. It's comfortable support for using my laptop and knitting.

I love these pillows! Before and after my lumbar surgery I have used these! I had bought a couple from my chiropractor a few years ago and noticed that the label had this website on the tag and this was easier and cheaper! Bought one for myself and two for Christmas gifts!

I have owned and used one of these pillows for 25 yrs after a herniated disc. I keep it in my car and sometimes carry it in when I go places. I thought I deserved another new one and two of my friends wanted one like mine so I got us all three one. Excellent product. My old one is still in perfect condition but maybe not as pretty as 25 yrs ago.

Best back support pillow I found over the last 20 years. I have bought this same lumbar pillow several times over the last 20 years. It loses its beauty and fullness after about five years. It's so good I've tried many others out but this is the best. I have three herniated discs in my neck and my back periodically bothers me But when I use this anytime I'm sitting for the death in a car at the office it drastically reduces any back and neck issues.

I have bought a number of these lumbar support pillows over the years. I always use them in my car when driving. They provide excellent back support and hold up very well. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is extremely firm which is what I need. The belt is loose, it should be sewn on in multiple places not one and the straps were put in backward. I had to look up how to put the starps through the buckle to use it, but overall, it has helped my back.

The center of the cushion is the only spot that's barely sewed on the belt. As others have pointed out, the cushion doesn't stay straight. I had to remove the cushion from the cover and sew the right most and left most side. I also noticed inside of the cover, the edge are frayed.
