Core Products M.A.T Body Positioning System, Cotton Cover - White

This product we purchased 4 years ago for one of our clinic beds. Since then we have expanded to many beds, and found that there were not a lot of smaller sized bolsters, especially with handles. This is a diverse product with handles can be used as a bolster, takes up little space, and provides great support in the large or medium position.

My husband had emergency surgery for a detached retina, and was required to lay face down 4 hours/day for a period of time. I searched locally for products that would provide him some physical comfort while permitting "face down" posture but could not find anything available locally (thus quickly). I spent quite a few hours searching the internet for possible solutions, and am happy that I discovered this product. My husband was very pleased with how the mat and "face holder" worked, and we found it easy to move it around when needed. We're very happy that this product is available on the market, and wish that the large Retina Consultants had recommended it to us.

The face pillow was too large for my face and the cushion overall was too firm for me, but it is a good product.

I didn't sleep on it because the foam was very hard. I moved the pillow below the breast, but then it felt too hard with the edge on my ribs. I can see how it would work perfectly fine for a man, though. Great idea. Just not for me, sadly.

Product is inferior to similar products and highly overpriced for the quality of the product! The seems are stitched together very poorly, and considering this is for a massage therapist or chiropractor to use the material should be water resistant and made or made of some sort of plastic/vinyl to be able to disinfect easily after every use, but it's made of cotton with no form of protection! I will never buy from this manufacturer again and would suggest that you find an alternative to this product from this manufacturer! I'd give negative stars if I could or the very least no stars!
