This heat pack has a nice comfortable weight to it (which I like ) it heats up very well in the microwave. Absolutely NO SMELL! Truly Fragrance free...which is not easy to find! And Made in USA !! Also a BIG plus in my book!

This is a great product. Few minutes in the microwave and it maintains its heat for a good amount of time. No smell either! It travels well too. I bring it in my car on these winter cold days. It warms me up before my car heat kicks in. Will be ordering another one soon.

Have only used it once so far, and it worked great. It seems to be well made and should last a long time.

It works great. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, knead it and use it.

It heats very slowly- 30 seconds and then 10 second increments did not work well. Takes forever to heat that way. And it is very uncomfortable on my back. I sit with it behind me in a chair. It hurts unlike the hot/cold pack one that is flat and smooth. Sad :-(

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I have several wraps that heat in the microwave, including one that looks like a small cape with a section that goes a little way up my neck. But this is the one I now use almost exclusively. It's well made of sturdy material, heats quickly, stays warm somewhat longer than the others, and happily is made in the USA.

Thought it would stay warmer longer,otherwise fine

the quality of the materials is great. The problem is the beeds all flow to the ends as you use it and it is really difficult to move them around so they are even. This makes the overall experience annoying. It gets the job done but the quality and design of the stitching needs to improve. I was extremely disappointed in this product. It does NOT stay warm for more than a minute. If you heat it up too long, it is too hot to use. If you heat it just to the point where you can use it, it only stays warm for about 2 to 5 minutes at the most. Although the cover is very good quality, the beads do NOT retain any heat.
