This heat pack has a nice comfortable weight to it (which I like ) it heats up very well in the microwave. Absolutely NO SMELL! Truly Fragrance free...which is not easy to find! And Made in USA !! Also a BIG plus in my book!

This is a great product. Few minutes in the microwave and it maintains its heat for a good amount of time. No smell either! It travels well too. I bring it in my car on these winter cold days. It warms me up before my car heat kicks in. Will be ordering another one soon.

Have only used it once so far, and it worked great. It seems to be well made and should last a long time.

It works great. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, knead it and use it.

So I have found myself taking unusually longer showers this winter, trying so hard to direct HEAT and RELAXATION, specifically on my upper and lower neck plus shoulders... Tadaa! Ladies and Gentlemen I've found gold :) This hits every spot and I can lay in bed after a crazy day at work and enjoy it. It has been hard for me to find anything that a product that soothes the top of neck bottom of neck and shoulders.. Love it.

Thought it would stay warmer longer,otherwise fine

I love the weight and feel of the soft material. The internal beading (or whatever granular substance has a nice weight to it, but can accumulate in some areas unevenly. The stitching style reduces this over other brands, though I'm sure. My only issue is that it doesn't hold the heat for very long. It's easy to heat in the microwave, but cools too quickly. I do love how they conform to most shapes you want to apply them too, though. I've also found it quite useful to place over top of an electric heating pad to apply more pressure. Together, I'm pleased with the product and still use all three, but just wish the heat would hold for more than a few minutes.

I had used this Microbead Moist Heat Pack product for well over a year before purchasing a replacement product. The new product I happily received had an unsewn seam, allowing the microbeads to fall out of the heat pack. Core Products very cordially sent a replacement without question nor did they want to see the original defective product. The replacement product I received however has the same defect. I fear calling Core products since they did not take my original defective product as I suggested and now I have a second. In either case I have received two defective heat packs and still do not have one to use. I will be searching the internet for a better product.

I was extremely disappointed in this product. It does NOT stay warm for more than a minute. If you heat it up too long, it is too hot to use. If you heat it just to the point where you can use it, it only stays warm for about 2 to 5 minutes at the most. Although the cover is very good quality, the beads do NOT retain any heat.
