This heat pack has a nice comfortable weight to it (which I like ) it heats up very well in the microwave. Absolutely NO SMELL! Truly Fragrance free...which is not easy to find! And Made in USA !! Also a BIG plus in my book!

This is a great product. Few minutes in the microwave and it maintains its heat for a good amount of time. No smell either! It travels well too. I bring it in my car on these winter cold days. It warms me up before my car heat kicks in. Will be ordering another one soon.

Have only used it once so far, and it worked great. It seems to be well made and should last a long time.

It works great. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, knead it and use it.

The packs are well made, convenient size and soft material. However, I'm a bit perplexed why these are called "Moist heat" since they do not produce any moisture and instructions of heating the packs are best summed up as "luke-warm" microwave heating. I can understand the legality behind the heating instructions, just know it takes a lot longer to heat up than recommended. Just be careful with them.

I work on a computer most of the day and the tension in my neck/shoulder area increases throughout the day. I pop the moist heat pack in the microwave at work and wear it for about 30 minutes. The tension just melts away! I would highly recommend this product.

Thought it would stay warmer longer,otherwise fine

My small microbead bag was left open, therefore the beads were loose in the package. The heat pad was not stitched. After seeing the reviews of the upgraded bead distribution, I was surely disappointed. Purchasing 2 cervical packs for my shoulder and arm I found the beads to clump up at one point and uneven at another. The heat holds well but getting the pack evenly on the shoulder was a huge effort to even out the inside beads. I hope the company can tweek what is necessary to make the beads more even to begin with so there is less room for the beads to move around.
