This heat pack has a nice comfortable weight to it (which I like ) it heats up very well in the microwave. Absolutely NO SMELL! Truly Fragrance free...which is not easy to find! And Made in USA !! Also a BIG plus in my book!

This is a great product. Few minutes in the microwave and it maintains its heat for a good amount of time. No smell either! It travels well too. I bring it in my car on these winter cold days. It warms me up before my car heat kicks in. Will be ordering another one soon.

Have only used it once so far, and it worked great. It seems to be well made and should last a long time.

It works great. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, knead it and use it.

This is seriously the best moist heat pack I've ever had! (And I've had a lot) I have Lyme disease and have the large pack! I put it in my 1000watt microwave for 3 mins and it's PERFECT over a thin sweatshirt or thicker t-shirt! It holds the heat very well too! I saw another review where someone wrote that it was not moist heat! I betbto differ! This IS DEFINITELY moist heat! Getting ready to purchase the neck and shoulder pack now!!! Thanks for making a quality product!

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I have several wraps that heat in the microwave, including one that looks like a small cape with a section that goes a little way up my neck. But this is the one I now use almost exclusively. It's well made of sturdy material, heats quickly, stays warm somewhat longer than the others, and happily is made in the USA.

The packs are well made, convenient size and soft material. However, I'm a bit perplexed why these are called "Moist heat" since they do not produce any moisture and instructions of heating the packs are best summed up as "luke-warm" microwave heating. I can understand the legality behind the heating instructions, just know it takes a lot longer to heat up than recommended. Just be careful with them.

I work on a computer most of the day and the tension in my neck/shoulder area increases throughout the day. I pop the moist heat pack in the microwave at work and wear it for about 30 minutes. The tension just melts away! I would highly recommend this product.
