excellent helper or multiple uses
This little roller does wonders for my tight Achilles tendon and relaxing tight arches.It has a rounded point end for trigger point massages, a grooved length for rolling feet and a ball end for gentler massage. A wonderful little multi-massage well designed. I recommend it enthusiastically!

3-in-1
I really like that I don't have to buy three different tools for everything I need, this Omin roller has it all. I find that I use it a lot on my feet when I get home from work, and the other two ends I have my husband use on my back to get rid of my knots.
