I love these core products. I have used them for many years now. They are a great help for someone with arthritis

Love them
I've used these for icing and heat too. Love that they can lay directly on the skin without being frosty. They don't stay cold longer than 20 minutes or so, but that works for me.

Highly recommend and I'll buy more
Absolutely no problems they work as advertised. I use one through the cold and one for the hot hots ready in a matter of minutes.

Fave ice packs ever. For real.
We used to get these same ice packs from our chiropractor, and loved them (and him!). Unfortunately, he lost his practice during Covid. We've been searching for these exact ice packs again because they are fantastic. The material makes them soft to the touch and doesn't freeze your skin. And they are easy to show however we need them.
