If you've never had a Core Products ice pack, prepare yourself to have to most wonderful ice pack ever. My husband is a chiropractor (retired) and we used to have Core Products in our clinic--they are fabulous. The outer covering is soft and you could use it against your skin or cover with a light towel. They also last forever --the only reason that I had to replace mine is that my grown kids borrowed them and didn't return them : ).

We've been using these soft-pack neck warmers for years, so we do appreciate having them on those random days when "things aren't right". They do eventually begin to leak, but they're still usable for a long time after that, so thank you for being there.

Like the size for small areas like the forehead. But it only stays cold for about 20 mins. Which I guess is about what the doctors say for the time to ice something anyway.

I use this with my knee brace, and this small size works great. Because it is frost free I don't have to wrap it in a towel to prevent it from getting the brace, or my knee, all wet.

This was a replacement for a hot/cold pack we've had for YEARS. I love that they don't require a towel around them to keep you dry, and they last for a long time.

Superb, they are the most comfortable Ice/Heat packs that I've ever used. Also, they conform to body contours extremely well and don't frost on the outside during freezing and use.
