I like these moist heat packs. I use them to loosen up extremely tight muscles on people before massage. It helps me be able to get to the deeper muscles faster. The only con is that if you don't keep the water completely covering every corner of the pack they will get holes and leak in no time. My hydrocollator is not very deep so I have to check it several times a day to make sure the water level is high enough.

I gave it 4 stars because have only had it for 2-3 weeks so don't know how it will hold up. I'm not a professional so only use it once a day, but so far fine. Holds the heat well and survived without leaking the one time I forgot to check it and the water started boiling (I heat it in a pot on the stove).

I just got these in my practice and so far impressed. I use these to loosen up muscle before adjustments and sometimes combine this with a short massage with a jeanie rub. My patients have been quite happy with the new pre adjustment procedures.

Very Happy with product. I bought 2, so one will always be ready. I have noticed the deep moist heat works a lot better than my microwave packs.

Exactly what I'd hoped for. I owned similar ones a long time ago and these are even better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat pack is well made and a good size for my knee (always a pleasant surprise to find something made in the US). But the instructions told me I needed a protective cover, which is not included. I improvised with a towel, but that was kind of clumsy. If it's a critical piece, why not include it? Charge more if necessary.

I bought this product before, however quality hasn't been consistent, some of them wear off just after 3 months. I hope this time it lasts longer.
