Dad has been buying these pillows for 15 years

RhondaM November 27, 2025

I ordered this pillow for my 82 year-old father. This is his 3rd pillow from this company and he's been buying them for 15 years. He had chronic neck and shoulder pain, and this pillow is the only one that provides him with enough support and comfort to be able to sleep. I consider it a great investment.

My new pillow.

KathrynS December 22, 2025

I was uncertain at first, but I have found this pillow to be very comfortable and supportive. i can turn it at different angles and find a side that supports my neck. I have had less numbness in my hands when I wake up in the morning.

Like my new pillow

Anonymous October 14, 2024

This is my first time using this type of pillow. Since I was unsure of the type of material used, I went with the gentle support. I plan on purchasing another pillow to see if the firmer support would be even more comfortable.

tri-core comfort pillow

Anonymous October 8, 2024

I love this pillow and have been using it for years. Can't sleep on any other pillow. I have a degenerative disc problem in my neck and this pillow really helps.

great pillow

Dana October 9, 2017

This is a great pillow. It helped within the first few days. It does take a little to get used to, but after the first week, it really helped alleviate the neck pain I always had when sleeping and waking up. This is my second pillow and I would recommend it.

The sides around the pillow are toooverstuffed and

JoRod December 1, 2021

I found that The sides around the pillow are to overstuffed and my short neck was not reaching the middle of the pillow where my head should be resting.

Did not work for me

Lindsay February 15, 2016

I ordered the softer version of this pillow and it was still too firm. The neck support was also too high for me. Core was fantastic to work with though. Their delivery was fast and they gave me a full refund after I called. The representatives were unbelievably nice and so helpful! What a wonderful company! I will definitely try more of their products in the future!

Pillow Does Not Perform As Expected

GC March 5, 2016

The pillow seemed to be fine for the first few weeks; then the filling in the middle has separated, shifted to the sides leaving a flat cover in the middle with no support for the neck at all. The thick sides just cradle the head in place, but offer no support for the neck curve. Would not recommend.

Poor Quality

dovecity May 19, 2014

Don't waste your money on this. The first ones I ordered for my husband and I the stuffing moved to the sides with in a few weeks even though we followed the instructions on flipping the pillow. Then after a few months the seam on the sids came out. We were sent replacement pillows and they did the same thing. So now we have pillows that are flat were your neck should be when on your back. I have tried to re fluff them by hand, washing them by hand and letting them dry, nothing works. Worst pillows I have ever had.
