The pans arrived in a timely fashion. They are beautiful looking, and heat well. You have to keep gas lower as they heat quickly. Their clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend getting these pans for frying, sautéeing etc.

I noticed even heat distribution when I made some mini cheese quesadillas. The handle stays cool and easy to grip. I really appreciate how easy these are to clean hand washing which I prefer but these are dishwasher safe which is a plus. These are really nice and budget friendly feels more expensive than they are.

I have absolutely no concerns about whether acidic ingredients might damage the pan, or if the interior coating will wear down over time and leach into my food. The Core Clad line is of excellent quality, and with its two different sizes, it serves every purpose in my kitchen. Its 3-ply base ensures flawless heat distribution. The thickness of the pan is perfect, allowing me to achieve excellent cooking results without burning the food. I can start cooking a dish on the stovetop and finish it in the oven using the very same pan. I am extremely satisfied with this two-piece set; it is a product that truly elevates my cooking experience in every respect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am grateful that I received these CoreClad Stainless Steel Triply 9 and 11 inch Skillet Plain WM for free to review from Influenster and CoreClad. First thing to know is what the triply is, and it starts with a bottom base of magnetic stainless steel, with the middle layer being aluminum, and the food surface area being a 18/8 stainless steel. The point of this is to deliver fast, even heat without hot spots. Something to keep in mind is that this product can expose you to nickel compounds as it contains nickel and nickel compounds. My son happens to be allergic to nickel, so I probably won't cook on these for him. Cooking with these is superb. Nothing stuck to the bottom, which I appreciate a lot. The 9” worked great for baking with. I made a pan cookie in it which I started on the electric glass stove and then finished the baking in the oven. I like the dual purpose with the handle being metal so nothing will melt or become ruined. This is also made to be used with gas, ceramic, and induction. The cleaning is a breeze. I suggest drying it with a cloth if you dip out want water spot marks. These pans are dishwasher safe so that makes cleaning even more helpful. They dry shinny and have a classy look to them. When not in use they can be hung in the kitchen as they have the hole in the handle for a hook to go through.

I've cooked spinach and rice and these pans were able to evenly cook and keep everything in the pan. These were easy to clean after use. The set made it easy since you have both sizes and prefect for individual cooking or meal prepping! They have remained great after multiple uses and continue to cook evenly! I absolutely recommend. We only use stainless steel and this plate breakdown was unique and we love them!

The smaller skillet is perfect for eggs and quick lunches, while the larger one gives plenty of room for bigger meals like stir-fry or chicken and vegetables. The stainless steel surface does a great job getting a nice sear, and cleanup has been easier than I expected once the pans are properly heated before cooking. This set has been a really nice upgrade for my kitchen and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting dependable stainless steel skillset for everyday cooking.

They have a nice depth to them that allows for lots of space for one skillet meals or dishes that require a lot of sauces. These skillets practically wiped clean in the end. I would definitely recommend this set.

We saved for a few of the higher end brands in our kitchen, so I wasn't sure what to expect from the CoreClad ones @influenster sent me, but they've honestly impressed me. They heat evenly, feel sturdy without being overly heavy, and the 9” and 11” sizes are the ones I find myself reaching for most often. I've used them for everything from eggs and pancakes to chicken and veggies, and they've performed just as well as some of themuch more expensive pans I own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great non stick pans. They are very durable and don't scratch easy. They look very nice like restaurant style pans almost. They are super easy to clean, it doesn't take a lot of time to get food off of them. The capacity of the small one is like an egg pan and the capacity of the big one is like a bigger frying pan that you can use to make almost anything.
