I wanted some lighter weight dishes as my stoneware is just to heavy, and I have these same bowls in another home. they are light weight, dishwasher safe .
Corelle is awesome, and I will never buy anything else. I own other Corelle dinnerware for over 20 years, and they still look and work amazing!
I've ordered these for years. They never break and only loose their shine after 7 to 8 years. Still usable though.
I needed to buy some of these because my family doesn't like the 18 oz cereal bowl design. The 18 oz are much different than the original designed bowls from 26 yr old set. I know my son prefers having more room for cereal :).
Loved my Correll bowls. We're trying to get away from plastics and these was perfect. Great quality and at a decent price. Can't beat Correll in my opinion.
I like Corelle tableware. It’s beautiful, durable, sleek, and it doesn’t cost a fortune. These plates are no exception, as they are big enough for a one entree meal or to put sides to share for dinner. In special I bought these as we frequently buy Pho for dinner and they are deep and perfect for broths. I like them
These are great for everyday use. Cereal or fruit and yogurt! Salads for a nice sized serving.
These bowls are bigger than the regular bowls so work better for cereal.
THESE BOWLS ARE GREAT SO FAR, HADE NO ISSUES WITH THEM, BUT I LIKE THE ONES WITH THE DESIGNS, THESE ARE THE SAME QUALITY, JUST WITH NO DESIGNS. THEY ARE A LITTLE SLIPPERY TO WASH BY HAND DUE TO NO TEXTURE ON THE OUTSIDE.
1. - Dishwasher stacking: The new bowls do not sit securely between dishwasher tines. They lean, wobble, and take up more space than the older bowls. The difference is obvious when the two styles are side‑by‑side. 2. - Microwave performance: The new bowls cause oatmeal to boil over, even when using the same portion size and microwave settings that worked perfectly in the older bowls. The curved, shallow shape seems to encourage spillover. I’ve included a photo of the microwave turntable after a typical overflow. 3. - Cabinet stacking: The new bowls do not nest efficiently. I used to be able to stack nine of the older bowls in a single stable column. The new bowls require multiple stacks and take up significantly more cabinet space In the pictures, you will see older Corelle bowls that I love and was trying to add more of, but they aren't made any longer. They fit each other like a glove and compactly stack and arrange well in the dishwasher,
