These bowls came as described. They were the right quantity and quality I expect from Corelle and Walmart.

Great value, durability, appearance. I have even dropped it a couple of times and it hasn't broken or chipped.

Lightweight, holds a high quantity of food, clean easily, microwavable, dishwasher safe. They do get hot in microwave, but we use reusable dishwasher safe paper bowls as a holding sleeve. The bowls we use as sleeves are to shallow to hold any quantity, but they work well as sleeves for these wonderful corelle bowls. Pets like them too as food and water dishes!

My daughter loves soup, and up until now I've been making a can of soup in the Corelle quart size serving bowls. But they're just too large to eat out of, and I was tired of dirtying another bowl. Found these last week online, and went to my local store to buy one to try. They are perfect! Big enough to heat up a can of soup, easily, and small enough to give her the bowl to eat from. Since I'm use to heating things up in the microwave, I expect them to be hot (so I was a little puzzled by the other review). I just put a potholder underneath before I serve the soup. Even my husband commented what a perfect size these are, so I'm buying more soon. Just wish the store had them in a pattern to match the rest of my Corelle.

These bowls match nicely with the Corelle Livingware Cafe Blue dishes. I bought 4 of these because the bowls in that set are very small, and I use these bowls to serve small amounts (vegetables) and for cereal and salad. The one thing I've noticed that leaves me a bit unsatisfied, is when I put these bowls in the microwave they become way, way too hot! Anything longer than 30 seconds, and I need a oven mitts to remove them from the microwave. These bowls transfer heat way too quick. Even when I put something hot in them (such as hot veggies), by the time I put them on the table, they are too hot to touch. I will keep them for cereal and to serve cold/room temperature items in. But for heating items in the microwave, or serving heated items, I will find something that does not transfer heat so readily.
