Corelle Pure White Square Lunch Plate, 9"

I had my doubts when I first purchased these but I needed something right away and the price was right. Turns out, I'm highly satisfied. These are great. They're microwave and dishwasher safe and the perfect size for lunches or a light dinner. I accidentally dropped one and expected it to shatter into shards of glass. I've owned - and accidentally dropped - Corning plates in the past and they shattered. I'd be finding slivers and shards for days, even after sweeping and mopping the floor. But this plate survived intact. Yay! Maybe Corning has changed their manufacturing process. Don't know, don't care. I was just thrilled that I didn't have to sweep and mop my kitchen floor! Thank you, Corning! It would be nice to have a few options besides just plain white. And it would be nice if the square plates came in a dinner plate size as well. But overall I am very satisfied.

I have loved Corelle dinnerware for decades! They are thin, lightweight, durable, and microwave-friendly. I was delighted when the square plates came out because they give more area for larger appetites as well as using them as serving plates. They hold up without chipping or cracking for years! I would love to see them come out with other solid colors. I have the all white set after owning past sets with color designs on white.

We ordered 3-pkgs of two plates each, but only received 2-pkgs. I would have preferred to have the third pkg backordered instead of cancelled. We are happy with the plates that we did receive. Delivery was quick and accurate.

Theses plates are great! Perfect size for lunch or a smaller dinner. Also helps keep your dinner portions smaller, so you don't fill a larger plate full. Over the years my four children broke several of ours. So happy to see they are sold individually so I could just replace them and not buy a whole set.

I changed my every day dishes because they are heavy and thick although beautiful. Love these dishes because they're lightweight. I was surprised at how pretty they are… love the clean white look and more modern square plus they are dishwasher and microwaveable safe…. Plain white also allows mixing with other colors for holidays

Solid white lunch plate. I like the look, size, dishwasher and microwave safe. This size is perfect for lunch or dinner! Also they stack nicely.

I was adding to a preexisting set. Walmart prices were much lower than ther sites includeing Corelle

Corelle is the only dish I will buy because it doesn't scratch on wood surfaces. I like the square for a more modern feel and prefer plain white so the food is the main focus rather than a design on a plate. Wanted to buy 6 but @ the time they only had 4 so I bought the 4 as I have 6 of the larger and 6 of the smaller. I prefer this size as my dinner plate so it looks like I have a full plate.
