Corelle Stoneware 16-piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4, Oatmeal

Color on bowls are beautiful! The plates are smaller like others have said, which i like. The plates have a nice raised edge. The mugs are cute, have a rubber 'lid" to keep your drink warm, or i will use them to store leftovers in the fridge.

When I received these dishes (four place setting) I was very impressed. So impressed, in fact, that I decided to buy three more so I'd have a full 16 place settings. I went to the Walmart website and discovered that the prices had DOUBLED. Never mind.

very nice. not as heavy as i thought they might be. and very pretty and i love the tumblers. i never had much use for coffee cups.

Very pretty. I like the ombré effect on the bowls and the small size of the plates. Not sure how much we'll use the lids on the cups but I like that they're insulated.

It's a really nice set and I've already dropped it in the sink a few times. I'm only giving it a 4 out of 5 because when you put hot tea in the mug it's pretty hot. They should come with a handle. The to go covered concept is pretty useless. Other than that it's aesthetically pleasing and seems durable

ok, its like luncheon set. the dishes are lipped which is ok, but are smaller than regular sized dishes. the color is nice, the bowls are small and the mugs are the uglies things ive seen. i love correll as a company, and ive seen other of the stoneware collections that had style and did not look or feel cheap. trying to find someone to unload them on, otherwise im sending them back. disappointing to say the least. they definitely look better in the picture.

like size of plates and bowls. plate chipped first time hand washing the plates. would not recommend. Very disappointed in the brand my old set is the same brand and been using 20 plus years

We absolutely loved this dinnerware set. The color was beautiful and the pieces are a unique set with the larger shallow bowls and smaller bowls and the cups. However, within one week of using ours, one of the large bowls has a good sized chip in it. I can't even tell how it happened, as we had only used them 2 times. I opened the cabinet and took one out and it was chipped and the missing piece was in the middle of the dish. We're disappointed because we really loved this set but it seems more fragile than Corelle's usual standard.

"16 pieces" doesn't include actual dinner plates. In a "Dinnerware Set." No wonder they were so cheap. You get deep dish sandwich/kids plates 4 tiny bowls 4 cups with no handles. That's it. 12 pieces total. They count 4 disposable rubber plugs that come with the cups as "4 pieces."

It would have been a nice set IF it included dinner plates! It was supposedly a 12 piece set, and even shows 2 plates on the outside of the box. Turns out, there's only 4 tiny plates l, so it's not an actual set. The little silicon lids on the cups are counted as part of the 16 pieces. Really disappointed because I love Corelle so much. I just can't keep a dinnerware set though that has no dinner plates
