Just recieved and put together today relatively easily. Feels quitesturdy. The color is nice and dark. The fabric on one piece didn't have the holes reveal the screw hole but I just had to cut it myself (or pushed it through with the screw). Measurements as described. Lid stays open when lifted and has lots of space. Exactly what I needed for the entrance area.
I just received two of these Ottomans and assembled myself. It took a little time, but all the parts fit perfectly. Be very careful when mounting the feet, however. The instructions say only seven turns, but you must turn more than that. But, if you tighten them even a little bit too much, the metal insert that receives the foot bolt will strip inside the soft manufactured wood.
