When I first tasted them, You can taste a tangy flavour then I can get the lime and spices. At first it is a little off putting but the more you eat them you get a more rounded flavour. I don't think they taste like street corn but just like a Mexican style corn. They are good it almost taste like sour cream not mayo. I like that it's not spicy and the corn nuts give it it's corn flavour. They are ok I might buy them again but they did not wow me.

I was really excited for these as I love street corn and I love Corn Nuts. However, these really disappointed me. They were too overwhelming in some aspects and in others they were lacking. I definitely went back for a second handful because they are fun to eat but the flavor was a bit nauseating. I would not recommend buying these.
