Corning Ware
I mean it's Corning ware, where can you go wrong.? The braiser is light weight but distributes heat evenly. I have cast iron and do use it most meals. I wanted to try the ceramic coated aluminum. I am loving the pan. Highly recommend!

This braising pan by CorningWare is great. I use it more than I thought I would. I just sautéed cabbage in it last night and it turned out delicious. The handles do get hot so watch out for that.

Great pan
I was excited after opening the dish. The bottom is metal for the stove which is nice. My goal with this pan was to have a high enough edge to use for roasts and hams without worrying about the juices spilling. It's perfect for my needs.

The only thing is the non stick. oating came.off after only one use, but I love it anyway

This product would have gotten a 5 star review had the handles not be hot when you went to hold on to it to stir the contents you were cooking or lift it up off the stove when you finished cooking your dish of food. such wonderful handles, but such dissatisfaction that they did not think of this in making the product.

I love corning wear but it needs to be mentioned that you cannot use no metal utensils in it because it will take off the coating.I learned that the hard way use plastic or wood.Utensils
