my cat is the epitome of an orange cat. he has an entire laundry basket full of toys that he won't play with and he LOVES this toy. He actively plays with all parts. Sometimes the laser sometimes the feathers that peep in and out and sometimes the twirling rod. The buck FINALLY stopped here
My kitty loves the peek-a-boo and that the laser goes in different directions, and it can be adjusted (the laser) for near or far depending on the size of your LR. Toy shuts off on its own after about 15 mins and goes about 3 charges before needing plugged in. Recharge time not too bad. More interactive than other toys I've tried- cat seems more engaged. Both dogs and cats will love it.
All three of my cats, who range from a 10 month old psychopath to an eight year old fatty, love this toy. There is something for everyone and with all going at once, they actually take turns. The only thing that worries me is the feather - it won't last long due to the nature of the game. Cats are killers but so far so good. They really dig the laser's randomness.
holds a great charge. keeps my cats interested and engaged. definitely would recommend to any cat owner because it stimulates their need for play. only issue I have is that the end part of the stick that has the circle on it, to clip the toy on, breaks too easily.
we have 2 cats and they both love it. it's fairly quiet but it's enough that as soon as they hear me turn it on they both come running! the only issue I have with it is that the button controlling the head slid out of place and into the body, making it harder to push to turn on the top portion.
I have purchased 2 of these made by different companies previously. This is my cat's all time favorite toy. It can distract her from any mischief she is contemplating. That in it's self is a miracle. The previous versions though, had very short shelf lives, so I was hesitant to try again. I finally relented, mainly because I could also purchase a 2 year warranty with this model. It is too soon to evaluate the durability of this toy, but she is having a blast. If it lasts 2 years or the warranty is honored, it is more than worth it!
Our kittens absolutely love this. It is great because two kittens can be playing with different things at the same time. We love the red laser light that spins around as well as the feather that spins and the feather that pops out from the bottom. Unfortunately, our kitten is an aggressive Hunter and already ruined the feather on the bottom. This toy was shipped with an additional feather that we were able to replace.
This toy caught my cats attention with the feathers and circling laser beam. It was fun to watch one of my cats chase the laser beam. But my other cat just laid down next to it, watching as the feathers popped in and out. She never interacted with the toy. The quality of this toy is very good. But, I think a laser alone that you control would provide more fun or maybe a remote cat toy that they can chase.
This cat toy is ok for the price I paid but battery life is really short. After only about 15 minutes of play time, the device needs to be recharged. The feather toy that pops in and out of the holes did not last long as the cats were able to bite it. There is only a small portion of the feather that is left on it. Probably worth the price I paid as it was discounted but would not pay more for it.
My cats love it but they immediately broke the feather poking out thingie, it only stays on for a few minutes after charging fully, and once turned on cannot be turned off have to just let it do it's thing for the whopping 5 minutes that it works, then recharge for 2 hours....think I got a returned item.
