Corona RatchetCUT Bypass Pruner - 3/4"

Finally had to replace my 30 year old pruner and didn't want to go to the store. I have never had a ratchet-cut pruner before, but love it now that I do. I have arthritis in broth hands, and this makes it simple and painless to trim some of the thicker branches. The only thing I don't like, is I find the locking mechanism a bit hard to use (could be an 'operator error!)

Very strong and useful tool. One can trim small or very thick branches. For thick branches, I nip three times. It is very good for me, an aged lady.

Delivered on time. The feel is great and the action is very precise and smooth. I had an issue with the lock, but then found how I was not doing it correctly. I go outside and always take my Corona pruner and saw.

The first one that I bought had to be replaced because the plastic retention tab that holds the shears closed broke within the first day of use but they replaced it no problem. We shall see how long the new ones last. The shears themselves work great and the ratchet cut makes it very easy to use.
