Three generations. Some tips though...

PNWMom August 10, 2025

My mom used Corry's so it has always been a part of my garden routine. My daughter just got her own garden going, and I passed on my mother's TIPS: Corry's is BAIT, so don't broadcast or put it right next to your plants. Instead, place pellets in a thin row around the perimeter of your planters and gardens -like tiny sentinels. Place some inside the edge of containers -it doesn't take much. Push a few pellets into nooks and crannies of rock walls. Look under ornamental decor and if you find slugs, leave a few pellets there. Every three to five feet, wedge some between the edge of the driveway, walkway, or patio. You don't need to do the entire length. Pellets that aren't eaten will last longer there because they'll be somewhat protected from rain and sprinklers. Use sparingly because it is truly effective, and you really don't have to work hard to attract slugs. My daughter and I will be able to share a single box for a year or two. Don't forget to do a nighttime walk once in a while; that's when they come out to eat.

I was actually surprised at how quickly it worked. I didn't think it would work as good as it did.

no room at my inn. LoL

knucklehead030 August 9, 2025

this product works as reported, easy to use and keeps for a good length of storage time. Here in Oregon we get our share and some of the garden slug varieties and they are hungry. so bye bye, no room at my inn.

Eliminates Garden Problems--Vegetable Plants Live

Anonymous817 April 16, 2019

This safe formula killed all the slugs, and they are gone. Slugs show up randomly in the hot climate and they get into things so I have to move them. When I had a garden and slugs showed up, I did not think much of it. A few tiny snails showed up too, and it seemed like both did minor damage to vegetable plants. I thought mainly slugs ate larger pieces out of the leaves of plants. Both ate holes in the leaves during the day, and in the morning I noticed they were eating the leaves all night, too. But, then the holes stopped. Soon, all the vegetables did not grow well and produced nothing that could be eaten. My two dozen strawberry plants never developed and had only small leaves. The plants died. My three dozen onion plants' stalks did not grow, and the onion plants rapidly died. It was odd that there were no dried up stalks, and the plants shrank. No onions were in the ground and no berries on branches, so I thought the plants were defective. The water melon plants grew at first from seeds, but then stopped growing, failed to get larger leaves, and were not spreading vines. There were two tiny water melons that yellowed and died. I thought it was too hot for them, but no matter how much water they got, they died. Summer squash grew leaves and a few squash that stopped developing. There was no sign of a slimy trail left by slugs because they were eating new leaves where they were coming right out of the stalk instead of crawling on larger leaves. I made a huge mistake not attributing more than the holes in some leaves to the slugs. They went to removing the new growth completely and stunting the plants' growth, and they were still there. The slugs killed the foliage before the whole plant could grow, so the entire plant got destroyed and died. I tried to look into bugs, and I read about cut worms because no new leaves were developing. It seemed like something was cutting off the leaves, but I found no worms. I'd ignored slugs when I stopped seeing holes, while they were killing every new leaf a plant tried to grow. Now with this safe formula, I can spread the small pellets of Slug & Snail Killer and give the plants a growth boost they need. Only my eggplants resisted because they made it and grew a number of large eggplants seemingly undisturbed by these nuisance pests. The eggplants' leaves did not get eaten and the eggplant vegetables did not get holes. But, maybe it was not slug season anymore because it was turning into fall.

IT WORKS

retiredsaint0309 April 22, 2019

I scattered the pellets around my flowers and bushes and waited a few days when I saw the results. Slugs and snails came out crawling and suddenly died. I have a lot of them around my yard especially in the flower beds. I'm so glad I got this product. I highly recommend it if you want to get rid of those annoying slugs and snails destroying your garden.

After buying two boxes it did not work, still have snails all over my house. Bought a 76 cent container of salt and now snails are gone.
