First time trying this, i liked it all though i doubt i will buy it again. The taste was good, i didn't care for the chalky texture.

DELICIOUS, SOPHISTICATED, GREAT
I used to buy this stuff by the pound from an old Greek deli in San Francisco. It was a long time and boy it brought memories. It didn't take long to be gone.... Enjoy.

A Heart-Healthy Sodium-Free Snack
Being on a low salt diet, this is a perfect snack. Too rich too eat too much, but will satisfy your craving for something sweet. ZERO SODIUM.

Deceiving picture of the Halavah on the box
The taste is okay, however the description and picture on the container are deceiving. It claims that the Halavah is blended with crunchy pistachios but it is not. The crumps of pistachios are on the top and sides of the Halavah and not inside. There is zero pistachios inside of the Halavah as you slice it.

Very dry
I ordered this product because I used to get it as a child and always loved it BUT this brand is very dry and flaky and just falls apart when I try to cut a piece to eat it. The flavor is good but it's next to impossible to get a piece out of the tray. So, sadly I won't be buying this one again.

Nasty
Nasty. No other word comes to mind. I love hazel nuts and I love halvah, but they do not love each other. Took a few bites and tossed the rest.
