REAL telephone, the best in the world!
How do you "review" the absolute pinnacle of voice communication? I used to install these exact phones in my job, for emergencies at hospitals and medical offices. (They still use them, with real copper wiring all the way back to the phone company offices, because in emergencies these phones and wiring will STILL WORK!) They have the best sound (for talking and listening both), the most comfortable handset (STILL the best-ever after seventy-five years of the same design!), and the highest reliability of any telephones available now. It is a REAL telephone, not "a little computer in your hand that you can also talk with". This phone does not need a protective case in case you drop it! This specific model (Cortelco 2500xx-VBA-20M) and the wall-mount version (2554xx-VBA-20M) (the xx is two digits for the color) are built in a factory in the USA that has been making telephones since maybe the 1940s.

My loved one started having issues remembering how to use a cellphone. Having a landline phone with simple answering feature was the best.
