I started taking these to decrease my cortisol level after a friend told me about them. I ran out and didn't buy anymore for a couple of weeks, and I could definitely feel a difference!!! I felt so bloated and blah! I reordered them and felt better after taking one dose!!! These really work and I will not be without them again!!!
This is a good alternative to taking drugs to sleep. It is all natural and eases you to sleep. I dream so I know I'm getting better sleep. I take just one pill on work nights and get four to five hours good sleep. And then sometimes take second pill after waking up. Haven't tried 2 at the beginning of the night yet. I would recommend this product.
